Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy

These General Terms and Conditions govern all commercial relationships, quotations, orders, and sales agreements between Be-distribution ("Seller") and registered commercial wholesale buyers ("Buyer"). All transactions are conducted strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) basis. Placing an order or submitting an inquiry constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Price lists and proforma quotations issued by Be-distribution are subject to stock availability and remain valid for the time period indicated in the quotation document. Due to market volatility in the FMCG sector, prices and batch allocations are only confirmed and locked upon receipt of formal written acceptance and agreed deposit payment.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, sales are concluded under standard Incoterms (EXW, FCA, CPT, CFR, or CIF) as specified per order. Delivery lead times are estimated in good faith and are subject to factory release schedules, customs inspection timelines, and ocean or road carrier availability. Be-distribution shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events.

The Buyer is required to inspect all delivered goods upon arrival at the designated unloading facility. Any visible product defects, pallet count discrepancies, or transit damage must be documented on the transport document (CMR or Bill of Lading) and formally reported to Be-distribution with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

Be-distribution processes personal and corporate contact data strictly for the purposes of order fulfillment, quotation handling, and commercial communication. All processing is conducted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Personal data is never sold, transferred, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties. Data subjects retain the right of access, rectification, erasure, and objection as provided under applicable law.
